With over 17 years at the forefront of brand storytelling and media mastery, Kristin Marquet has become a driving force in redefining what personal and executive branding looks like in the digital age. As the Founder and CEO of Marquet Media, Kristin has built a reputation for helping founders and thought leaders rise from anonymity to authority through a signature blend of strategy, psychology, and cutting-edge technology.
Kristin isn’t just building brands—she’s building platforms that build empires. Through FemFounder™, her digital venture, she equips female entrepreneurs with the tools, templates, and frameworks needed to scale from spark to multi-six figures. The platform’s proprietary systems—like PRISM Ascend™, Dual Catalyst Visibility™, and Elevate Influence™—are rooted in years of field-tested results and academic rigor.
Kristin has developed tiered service and product ecosystems designed to meet entrepreneurs at every stage—from accessible pricing strategy tools and visibility planners (Tier 0), to digital brand accelerators (Tier 1), growth consulting for rising founders (Tier 2), and high-touch executive positioning programs integrating public relations, industrial-organizational psychology, and AI-powered brand diagnostics (Tier 3).
Kristin’s approach has helped clients land 9,000+ media placements, including 35+ magazine covers, and she herself has become known as one of the “quiet powerhouses” shaping the future of modern personal branding. With advanced education from NYU, MIT, and (soon) Harvard, Kristin blends scholarly insight with street-smart strategy.
When she’s not crafting next-gen branding ecosystems or decoding visibility metrics, you’ll find her creating thought leadership content, mentoring rising entrepreneurs, or simply enjoying time with her young son.
Below are the highlights of the interview conducted between World’s Leaders and Kristin Marquet:
Describe who you are as a person, inside and outside of the workplace.
I’m a strategist at heart—driven, analytical, and deeply creative. Inside the workplace, I lead with precision, empathy, and vision, always focused on helping clients clarify their voice, elevate their visibility, and claim their space in saturated markets. Whether I’m architecting a high-level media campaign, building a proprietary framework, or refining a brand’s core messaging, I operate with a relentless commitment to excellence, clarity, and long-term impact.
Outside of work, I’m a devoted mother and a lifelong learner—currently immersed in the study of consumer behavior and industrial-organizational psychology to better understand how people think, decide, and connect. This academic path isn’t just about intellectual curiosity—it’s part of a larger mission to integrate science-backed insights into how I lead, coach, and build.
I deeply value purpose, emotional growth, and alignment in all areas of life. I believe that how we show up in our businesses should mirror who we are becoming in our lives. Every part of my world—from how I parent to how I write, teach, and consult—is intentionally designed to support meaningful transformation, grounded decisions, and a life that reflects my values.
Describe your background and what you did before you joined/founded the company.
I built my career in public relations, branding, and digital strategy, launching my agency in 2009 after working in management consulting for years. Over the years, I expanded my knowledge through academic work at NYU, MIT, and now Harvard while also developing proprietary PR frameworks like PRISM Ascend™. What started as a one-woman PR shop has evolved into a multi-tier brand ecosystem spanning digital products, strategic consulting, and high-level executive branding.
What has made you successful? What do you value?
What’s made me successful is the ability to blend data, intuition, and innovation. I value originality, integrity, and the courage to rebuild—personally and professionally. My success has come from owning my voice, understanding what makes a brand truly memorable, and never being afraid to pivot. I believe deeply in making business both human and scalable.
What are the major services of the company, and how does the company stay competitive? What value-added services do you offer?
- Tier 0: Low-cost, high-volume digital products like The Instant Pricing Fix™ and Dream It, Earn It Planner™, designed for solopreneurs and early-stage founders.
- Tier 1: The FemFounder™ MicroCatalyst Suite—targeted templates, content systems, and mini-courses focused on helping entrepreneurs reach their first $50K–$100K in revenue.
- Tier 2: Strategic growth consulting and programs for 6- and multi-6-figure businesses and female-run brands seeking brand elevation and media exposure.
- Tier 3: Executive branding and PR through Marquet Media, integrating proprietary frameworks, advanced analytics, and (soon) AI-driven brand audits supported by principles of industrial-organizational psychology. It’s a very exciting time for all of our brands.
Our competitive edge lies in systematized IP, holistic support across business stages, and a luxury branding aesthetic. We don’t just “do PR”—we build thought leaders and industry icons.
What is the significance of innovative ideas in the company?
Innovation is foundational to every aspect of every brand we run. From building out automated PR diagnostics to integrating AI into our Tier 3 services, we constantly evolve to stay ahead of the competition. The upcoming phase of the agency leverages AI + IO psychology to design emotionally intelligent visibility campaigns rooted in data but driven by empathy and psychology-backed strategy.
Do you think organizations rely heavily on individual heroics or team processes?
Long-term success demands both. In the early stages of building, I leaned heavily on personal drive and individual excellence. But sustainable growth for us—especially at Tier 3—comes from building processes, frameworks, and culture. At the executive level, we’re designing systems that scale beyond any single individual, without losing the personalized magic.
What are your responsibilities as a founder/CEO? What’s the happiest part of your day?
I’m responsible for vision, innovation, and quality—ensuring every tier of the brand ecosystem delivers transformation. My happiest moments? Creative strategy sessions with clients, content creation, and hearing how a product or PR campaign helped a founder see herself differently. Also, being home with my son and watching him grow into his own rhythm, while spending time with my husband—that anchors everything.
What advice would you give someone going into a leadership position for the first time?
Lead with clarity and emotional intelligence. Don’t try to be everything to everyone—define your values early and build from there. Make decisions based on vision, not fear. And most importantly: learn to delegate, then trust. Leadership isn’t about control—it’s about creating containers where people thrive.
